My stay was memorable thanks to the stunning views of the Duomo right outside my window and the exhilarating rooftop terrace. The location is simply unbeatable, making it easy to explore Milan. However, while the hotel is new and trendy, I found some minor service issues that could be improved, especially with the staff still getting settled into their roles.

Staying at Townhouse Duomo was an incredible experience due to its prime location right next to Piazza Duomo. The views from the hotel lobby terrace were breathtaking, but the room decor didn't quite match my tastes. I appreciated the spacious layout, especially the large bathroom, but some areas could use a little renovation. Breakfast was a highlight, although we missed out on outdoor dining due to the rain. Overall, it's a chic spot for anyone wanting to be in the heart of Milan, but the service felt a bit inexperienced at times.
